Hi,

I am in the process of upgrading.  Does anyone know if I need a new sim to move to the 5G enabled phone?   If so,  how do I transfer information from the old sim?

Thank you

@WaffleD You need to do a sim swap to move to the 5g sim Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
