I am awaiting delivery of my new iPhone 5s any minute now.  Will there be a new SIM card with it or do I have to order one separately.  If so, is it a nano or micro card?

If there is none with the phone you can pick one up from your O2 store who will also transfer your number for you.

You need a nano sim. It should be included but some have been delivered without one....
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Thanks, both of you.  I will keep my fingers crossed that it's included.

A nano came with my wife's phone, and we used the 'sim swap' page here on the website to process it. Whole thing was done and dusted in 15 mins, very easy. Frankly it was probably quicker than cutting down a micro! (which I've done in the past)

Yes.

The 4g sim nano sim is different and needed to attain 4g service.

Now some we're having issues using the normal method when doing this for a 4g sim so you may have to do it the text method way. Look in the link to text swap to 20220

My 5s turned up yesterday - the sim was with it and the swap (via text) took about 10 minutes.
