Hi,

Whenever I am out of wifi range, I have started getting the following message whenever I try to access the internet etc. "You are not subscribed to a mobile data service" but as far as I am aware, I am! I renewed my contract recently I was wondering if that could have anything to do with it. Any ideas?

It's possible that the settings are now incorrect.

Try settings>>network>>network settings>>reset all

Or check your APN settings. If you have an iphone tariff the APN should be idata.o2.co.uk

If you have a standard tariff the APN should be mobile.o2.co.uk

My O2 should tell you which tariff you are on.

Hi,

Remove your SIM card and give it a wipe down.

Phone 02 on 202 to ensure your account is set up ok after your upgrade.

In some instances your SIM card could need replacing. This can be sorted by visiting an 02 shop where they will transfer your number and tariff over to a new sim card for you. This can then take from a few hours to 24 dor your network services to reset. Keep turning the phone off and on to help reset them.

This may not be an issue but its worth checking your service status.
