So last night I upgraded and ordered the iPhone 7.
Delivery date was "from September 16th" and this word "from", I assume, is there for a reason!
Whenever you phone the upgrade team it says "Sorry, we are too busy. Goodbye". When you use online chat and select "upgrade query" it says "Sorry, too busy". So who answers my questions?
I'm not one of these people who will go mental if they don't get the phone on Friday but I would like to know if I should be expecting it or not?
Any ideas?

I ordered a silver 7 256GB 9am on the 9th and I received a tracking number with a link to DPD yesterday morning.
