I pre ordered my iPhone 7plus on the 9th, I have never had any text from o2 or updated in any way.
Poor show from o2
It even states that o2 have been in touch with all there customers to keep them updated, Lies, Lies, Lies.
After all these years with o2 I'm leaving.

So the 21 day if we can't get your order to you we will give u 25% Data free for 6 months. Wonder if they will honour this if there is a queue for leaving.
