iPhone 6s 4g not working

I have a new iPhone 6s and I cannot get a 4g signal

You need to enable 4g in your phone settings.
Be in an area serviced by 4g http://status.o2.co.uk/
and possibly need to have 4g enabled on your account http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Not all areas will get 4G even within the same town or city. (as I find in my own area...)

However make sure you have everything enabled and checked as stated by @MI5

If after you've checked everything you're still not getting it call cs on 202 for contract 4445 for payg and all them to look into your account to make sure everything is setup correctly.
