I can't find any information about my iphone 6 preorder on my 02 is this normal?

That's a good point. I currently have a my O2 set up for my ipad so for the iPhone as it's a new contract what happens there? Will I have both in the same my O2? Thanks

You can merge multiple accounts into one My O2 log in but I believe iPad accounts have to be kept separate so merging would only work for multiple phone accounts.

If it's the same as for my Nexus it's a separate link after logging into MyO2.

I placed an order for iPhone 7 yesterday for collection from store on the 20/12/2016 it all went though and accepted but when I log into my o2 nothing shows up

I doubt very much you will get it by the 20th unless they get a massive delivery...people are still waiting from September for certain variants.
