iPhone 6 not activating IMessage or FaceTime

Hiya

I joined 02 yesterday I put the sim in My iPhone 6 and tried to iMessage someone it wouldn't send.

I went into settings and switched it on I came up with a error message saying

''An error occurred during activation Try again''

How can I fix it I've been trying for ages it's now 3 in the morning and it's still not working

You need to call 202 or 4445 for pay n go, and have idata enabled on your account.

I assume your sim card is active, is you can make calls etc?

Follow the advice given by @adamtemp64 or go back to where you got it from as you are still in your cooling off period you can get a replacement
