My iPhone 6 keeps turning off when the battery is still at 20/30%.
I have tried resetting the device, but still no luck.
Is this something I can take to O2 to fix or apple?
I am in a pay monthly contract.

Hi @Anonymous I wouldn't even think of sending it to O2. Go to Apple ...or give them a call

Try a full restore via iTunes. If that doesn't work then book a Genius Bar appointment at your nearest Apple Store to get it looked at.

That's a serious problem and should be rectified by Apple not o2 unless you want to wait longer and pay. I assume you have warranty so waste no time in getting this sorted.

And a faulty "built-in" battery isn't serious?

Batteries are easily changed but I'm not sure about a bettery?

They can change a battery for you under the program for you but they may charge a fee if it is not warranted as part of the program units affected

What's a bettery when it's at home? A new kind of phone?
