When I ordered the iPhone 5 it was through O2 Online and it came from Carphone Warehouse. So maybe the same will happen this time

So Vodafone had their act together and have stayed online I think, carphonewarehouse too.
So just O2 and EE appear to be the numpties on lauch day
Three have advised they are taking pre orders this afternoon so suggest they, along with giffgaff are tier 2 sellers (i.e. they can sell so many hours after the big boys started at 08:01)

i just rang customer services and got straight through but was told that the upgrade team is too busy and i cant upgrade now and should try later! this is crap i have being trying since 8 am

Has the website actually been up ? Everytime i get through to the upgrade option when i phone i get advised their too busy and get cut off, i may actually have to work soon
