Just a quick question regarding the iPhone 6. Will customers due an upgrade for their phone be given priority over pre-orders of the iphone 6?

I don't think the reality of how much damage this farce has done to O2's business will become apparent for another two years when these contracts come up for renewal. People have long memories...

Yes I will not do this again but have fone now and it's brill but it took a lot of time and Fone calls to cs and lc which are a joke the next time I will go straight to the 02 shop or maybe some other network

Yes a big lesson but I still want answers because no one should have to do that prosccess every year all the O2 shops are getting the Fones and the pre orders are last and upgrades the only reason I stayed is where I live the network is the best but the good news is I now have iPhone 6 128gb space gray but have not seen 4g yet why ???

At least you have the phone, 3 weeks and counting for me and £270 out of pocket. Still at least I'll get that back by trading in my 5S. Just want my 6 plus 😞

I was was the same ordered on the 16th just give up and took a chance on local O2 shop they had to 6 128gb they said o2 was sending them Fone everyday of the week

I cancelled my contract and stared a new one got Fone right away if I had cancelled the order and went back in one hour would off got Fone and no need to change number them but I was that piss off I just wanted in and out £50 less in my pocket never again will I pre order but all I can say it's worth the wait really nice clean bit of kit but so was the5 s keep going everybody don't give up don't let 02 beat you lol lol😉

"It pays to be with O2. Literally. When iPhone 6 demand is high, O2 gives you money back on your Airtime Plan if you have to wait longer than seven days. It's our way of saying thanks for choosing us. From the number one network for customer service for the last 5 years. Ofcom."

 

Jesus Christ! How bad must the other mobile companies be if O2 are number one? I can't imagine worse customer service...
