Just a quick question regarding the iPhone 6. Will customers due an upgrade for their phone be given priority over pre-orders of the iphone 6?

I just contacted 02 via Live Chat and asked to cancel my order on Saturday evening, was told i would need to wait 24 hours before placing a new order. However within a few hours i was able to place a new order for the 128GB and got the dispatched conformation early on Sunday.
Only downside is that I've not had any email conformation that my first order has been cancelled, it does says cancelled on my02, but still need to get back my up front fee that i pay for the 64gb. Have a feeling this will take a weeks to get back.

Still absolutely nothing regarding my 64gb Space Grey, ordered on the 19th.
Surely they must have SOME idea when stock will be arriving? I can't imagine they're just sitting around hoping that thousands of pounds worth of stock will show up, some time in the future... Is O2 high?

Finally got somewhere with live chat if anybody else in interested regarding shop pre-orders.
The response on the live chat was:
"I've checked the details thoroughly and see that it will be in stock by tomorrow"
Finger crossed!!
Forgot to add that i am awating the 128GB SG 6+
