Just a quick question regarding the iPhone 6. Will customers due an upgrade for their phone be given priority over pre-orders of the iphone 6?

having cancelled my order I've now received a tracking number! They forgot to cancel it even though I phoned and did a CS. So now its on its way. 

 

What a bl***y shambles!!!!!

Perhaps we should all cancel in order to get our phones.
I am going to give them until Wednesday to get my phone to me and then I am going to cancel and go elsewhere. It will probably mean a longer wait but O2 need to understand that they can't treat people like this without consequences. I understand that the handsets are in short supply but other providers seem to be getting them while O2 just take our money and treat us like mushrooms.

I totally agree with that, the only way this company will listen to there customers is if we all cancel our orders and go elsewhere, I am sure they would respond. I find it difficult to understand how this forums exists on the O2 site, and yet there has been absolutely no official response. Just demonstrates how much they care.

Just spoken to CS, a helpful woman has told me, I got to be waiting at least 14 days, appears that preordering is getting no form of priority.

I ordered 6+ 64gb grey on the 13th @ 12.30 online

Just been told 6+ Gold 64GB are in today and it'll be with me asap. I'm giving them till Wednesday too and it's bye bye O2 if it's not here by then.

thats the model I ordered however I expect another day with no updates do they even send out email, texts & tracking numbers on a Saturday?

Hi everyone,

I upgraded on the 12th at around 5:30pm. I ordered a 6+ grey 64gig. Just spoke to chat and they said my order is in process and will be dispatched their end within 24 hours. Also, I should be receiving tracking number etc. Apparently people who ordered on the 12th are priority at this point

I'll keep you all posted. I know that's the phone a lot of us are waiting for

I'm not sure mate to be honest. I'd imagine they hand them over to the couriers at weekends but obviously it wouldn't be delivered until Mon/Tues.
