iPhone 6- PreOrder

Just a quick question regarding the iPhone 6. Will customers due an upgrade for their phone be given priority over pre-orders of the iphone 6?

@Anonymous @Anonymous Well that at least would match the Oct 7th date I received via email and text when I pre-ordered on the 12th Spetember - the sotre maintains they're not seeing stock until the 13th, which is totally ridiculous - A month to receive stock against a paid pre-order is really poor service since new orders are being satisfied.

TBH the only thing keeping me from cancelling the order has been the fact that I've waited this long, and didn't want to go to the back of the queue again, even for a 14 day wait, now that the original date is so near. Just hoping that if it's coming into stock tomorrow, there'll be a collect from store update text today to confirm....

Hey ho, let's just keep waiting and hoping. Lesson No.1 - never do the pre-order in store again - they have the least visibility of orders, and are lowest in priority for stock, particularly for the small high stret shops that son't turn over hundreds of phones a day.

@Anonymous I've already sold my iPhone 5 and im currently back on my old school nokia! Thought the new phone would have arrived a lot sooner that this! haha.

168 hour battery life on this nokia, and it doesnt bend - might just keep this! lol

@Anonymous Was that the Nokia 106? Got one to trade in the Iphone 5, but when they said I'd only get a fraction of the value I had the iPhone rturned. Kept the 106 though. iPhone is great, but that thing had a retro version of Snake!

@Anonymous its a nokia 3310...proper old school. About 12 years old and it still works like a dream!

I managed to flog my iphone 5 on ebay, which has paid for the upfront costs.

Does anybody no where to get a iPhone 6 64g sg. In the uk because O2 don't no where to get one in the eu waiting from 16th sep on one still nothing no stock and no answers in other words tough sh-- have a nice day by lol lol

And yet high street phone retailers seem to have many in stock....:smileysad:

On the stock note - I just went into store to ask if original quoted date of 7th still held true. They said they got some 16GB 6+'s in today, so unlikely to get any more iPhones delivered this week 😞 - also they're unable to order any into store yet - they just get sent them whenever o2 pass stock through to store.

So I may be back to 13th - 32 days after the pre-order and £50 down. Hope other in store pre-orders having more luck.

@Bobphatboyphat - I did exactly the same as you. Got the new phone the next day, and the refund confirmation for my first order came through maybe two days later. So you shouldn't have to wait long.

@Anonymous ill keep my fingers crossed you ya! I got a text today at 16:58 saying that my phone had been delivered to the store, and I managed to get dow in time to pick it up!

First impressions.....worth the wait!!!
