iPhone 6- PreOrder

Just a quick question regarding the iPhone 6. Will customers due an upgrade for their phone be given priority over pre-orders of the iphone 6?

I've received an e-mail confirming my order of a SG 16Gb iP6 is on its way. I've also had texts regarding setting up the iP for 3G and 4G. My order page now has a tracking number, although this doesn't seem to work on the UK MAIL page at the moment, and my tarrif has already been updated.

Ordered on the 24th September with an 'up to 5 day' turnaround predicted. In fairness, if it arrives tomorrow, that's probably only going to be 6 'working days' - so I should probably be happy with that.

Woo Hoo. UK ail now says it's been collected and will be delivered tomorrow. Won't be home though and can't change delivery address. Oh well at least the wait is almost over.

Having had the tracking email and MyO2 being fully up to date since this morning, I just now got a tracking text - specifying that it'll come tomorrow slight_smile

UPDATE: According to the tracking page my package was 'Collected' at 14:18.

Question for anyone that might know: As this is an 'upgrade', when I get the new phone do I just swap the sim out of the old phone and into the new, or is there anything else I need to do? Obviously I want to keep the same number.

@Anonymous If your previous phone was an iPhone and you have a nano sim and previously enabled for 4G then you should just be able to use your current sim. If not you will need to use the sim that comes with your new iPhone and use swap my sim on the O2 web site - http://swapmysim.o2.co.uk

I'm sure you already know but you will need someone at home to sign for it!!
