Just a quick question regarding the iPhone 6. Will customers due an upgrade for their phone be given priority over pre-orders of the iphone 6?

Got my email and texts - my 6 Plus 64GB in Gold, was dispatched today! I ordered on the 12th at around 5:30 and was getting frustrated but so glad it's on it's way

@viridis win win it certainly isnt. Yes we get before the 7th but you obviously havent followed the order to which some have received their phone (nor have O2 more to the point)

Just because they are dishing them out not, does not make me want to retract my complaints. Im not about to let a company get away with treating its customers with complete disregard and treat them as if they are morons and that any old waffle about stock and delivery will suffice.

From what I'm reading on other forums ALL the networks are pretty clueless in regards to what's coming in and when. What Apple send them and when is as out of their hands as you can get.
Just hope everyone has a good outcome.

But as I understand it @Toranlock  it was exactly the same last year... It hasn't stopped people buying this year...and going through the same thing. I am not saying I agree with it,....I am just saying...

But tbh o2's picking system has always left a lot to be desired.

I'm not sure they actually have a system as such, there just seems to be some people randomly picking up phones and names out of a hat...:smileywink:

Hey all, got my delivery details for tmw from UK mail and o2. iPhone 6+ 64g Gold ordered on the 14th.

Haven't yet had chance to flip through the other pages so hope everyone is getting phones as well 🙂
