Ring through and complain, or use the chat service. I just chased up my 6+ 128GB gold pre-order today, having heard nothing from completing on the 12th @ 3pm, and was told they couldn't tell me when it'd come through or when they'd even be expecting more stock in.
I pressed for recompense since I've paid towards the phone and was told they'd compensate me for the missed time through reimbursed line rental. Less than 2 minutes later I was informed my order was ready and would be sent out for next day delivery...!
Time will tell whether it arrives tomorrow but it's always worth politely making noise so they know you're not just going to sit and accept waiting.

Woo i just this very minute had tracking details added to my delivery address along with an email from O2 saying order on it's way.
Order status still say's "in progress" and tariff not updated yet but looking good HELL YES!
16g grey 6+ ordered on the 12th at 7pm.

This is such a farce. I cancelled last night and was told it was fine, and today i get a dispatch notice! Then been told to refuse delivery. And then i need to call back to cancel the contract, or i'll be charged for the line without having a phone!
Lost my temper. Demanded they put a note on my account to call me to cancel, because i'm sick to the back teeth of constantly chasing them only to find out i need to keep doing more.
