My delivery driver turned up an hour early to an empty house... thankfully he gave me a call and he waited while someone drove 5 mins to get it from him!

Really angry with O2. I'm not getting my phone either. I was the first one to order at 8am on Friday. Was told yesterday by customer service that as long as i ordered early on friday, i would get the phones on business lease. When i called in morning, they told me that the customer service staff last night were lying and this is a training issue. My order hasnt been processed and no stock assigned to it.
It would have been easier for me to walk to a store and pre-order it from there.
I am really thinking about cancelling my O2 contracts. Really bad service.
