i'm just off live chat with someone and the person just said everyone who ordered on friday has a priority and will receive their phones tomorrow. MyO2 says dispatched on the 16th but tracking number etc are unavailable lol.

...just checked My O2 and I too have a Parcel number and the courier is listed as UK Mail. Weirdly, the dispatch date shows 16th September (2 days ago!!)???
The tracking number also brings up no results on UK Mail's website (I guess because the phone is still sitting in an O2 warehouse somewhere)?!

now i really dont believe live chat, i ordered the 128 IP6 (space grey) on friday afternoon.
Still just showing as "in progress"
and no delivery ref's showing 😞

I ordered the IP6+ in gold on Friday morning and I'm the same as you - In Progress, no e-mail or text.

Yep...Im the same too - iPhone 6 128g space grey ordered Friday, spoke to online chat folk yesterday who said "You will receive a text/email tonight with delivery details" - nothing, no text, order status still "in Progress" no delivery details in there at all.
So much for priority eh!
