I've got an old 5c iPhone that I want to use as a spare phone. when I switched it on and charged it up, it has asked me for my Apple ID. I can't seem to reset the password on it. It keeps asking me for the password. I have hard reset it and I also can't swipe it, without the Apple ID password.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
