iPhone 5 wallpaper thread

I was thinking earlier about the wallpapers I have amassed for my iPhone 5 from off of the various wallpaper threads that I have frequented on other forums and thought it would be a good idea to start one on here, and also for people to share any that they have got too.

BUT PLEASE ONLY SHARE WALLPAPERS THAT YOU HAVE GOT FROM OFF OF WALLPAPER THREADS ON OTHER FORUMS OR THE WALLPAPER IS YOUR PROPERTY. PLEASE DO NOT SHARE ANY COPYRIGHTED IMAGES!

For the iPhone 5, the wallpapers resolution is 1136 by 640. These could be used on other iPhone models and should scale to fit, but they might be some cropping and I am unable to test this as I don't have an iPhone 4, 4S etc to try it with.

I do have some older iPhone 4, iPhone 4S wallpapers. But I would create a seperate thread for iPhone 4, iPhone 4S wallpapers, so that it would be easier for members to go onto the wallpaper thread for their particular iPhone model.

I would like to have the approval though from either Toby or Leonard, before I/we started to add wallpapers to this thread and if we get the approval, I think it would be beneficial if the wallpaper threads could be stickied (if possible) so that they would be easy to spot for members both new and old.

The wallpaper threads I have seen on other forums are very popular and get a lot of new wallpapers added throughout the day.

So what do you guys think?

I ran the idea past Leonard and unfortunately he said there could be some royalty issues. Shame has it would have been great to be able to share the wallpapers.

There is a really good iphone 5 wallpaper thread on macrumors, if this thread does not take off.

Grey area if we uploaded out images to mac rumours then linked them to here. We wouldn't be at risk of royalties would we?:)

The wallpapers that I have got and were what i was wanting to upload are mostly from the Mac Rumors wallpaper threads.

I'll add the URL for the wallpaper threads on the Mac Rumors forum so that members are aware of where they can download them from.
