I've just changed from Vodafone to O2 and to an iPhone 5. My old iPhone 4 had the personal hotspot below Bluetooth in settings but on my iPhone 5 it's not there. Any suggestions?

Here is how to get to the personal hotspot:
>Settings
>General
>Cellular
>It should be directly under the roaming setting
I hope that helps.

Do you have an iphone specific data bolt on? If not contact customer service and change it.
You may find by reentering the internet tethering APN will sort it for you or simply reset network settings.
