iPhone 5 no internet

hello

i did this from this thread http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Apple-iOS-Devices-iPhone-iPad/iData-Clarification-Info/td-p/813533/high... and now i have no internet on my iPhone. i asked for help but then @Toby and @Anonymous closed the thread and now i have no internet.

thanks @Toby i did as @Anonymous suggested but it messed up my internet.

i followed what @viridis said and now its all fixed.

And to confirm No lasting damaging issues can come of changing APN's apart from the hinderence of disruption to mobile data connection.
