iPhone 5 name tag wallpapers

I have got a Photoshop document off of a friend on another forum, who made the document and who basically posted a download link where it could be downloaded for people to then use.

I thought that it might be nice for some of the iPhone 5 users if I could perhaps post the wallpapers on here. Whereby they could tell me the name that they would like to have put on the name tag. I wondered if it would be OK?.

question could you do an ipad version

I don't think the quality would be too good if I were to use this template to try and make an iPad version, especially for the iPad 3, has this has a screen resolution of 2048 x 2048.

I expect that a lot of the clarity and sharpness would be lost if I were to use the iPhone 5 template for to try and make one for the iPad/iPad 3.
