Last week I swapped networks to an O2 Business account. There was some sort of error on O2's end where my old phone number which I wanted transfered to my new iPhone ended up dead for a few days. After a couple days nagging at O2 they finally sorted it out and now I can text and call, but now it's five days later and I have had no such luck with mobile data.
The signal thing for 3G isn't showing up on the top bar. All I see is the phone signal next to the O2-UK. I've tried rebooting the phone, factory resetting the phone, resetting the network and mobile data settings, turning mobile data on and off, checking the coverage at status.o2.co.uk. Nothing's working. Can anyone help me?

ring 8002 busibess customer service and ensure that data has been provisioned as the iphone data bolton.
You can try changing the apn to non iphone settings mobile.o2.co.uk if that works then you have the wrong data bolton.
HAve you got visual voice mail working?

Don't think I can access visual voice mail. When I press on the tab it just rings the voice mail number.
I tried changing the apn and then rebooting it, but it still didn't work. Gonna try calling that number in a bit.
