iPhone 5 bolt on won't come through

I got a new iphone 5 last month, and I got the blackberry bolt on when I topped up, which worked perfectly. This month the bolt on didn't come through, even though when I checked it said that I had the bolt on. It didn't take my £5 off me.

I tried to cancel the bolt on and re-order it, and I got a text through saying that the bolt on would be through within 48 hours and that they would text me when the request is completed.

This was on Sunday and it is now Wednesday, and I still haven't gotten a text through. I tried to get on a live chat yesterday but I was put on the queue for about an hour and a half and I gave up.

Any help?

Contacting CS then is the only way you will get this sorted. If you ring in the morning between 8.15-8.30 am you should get through quickly at that time

Sorry! I looked at it wrong

It says I have the bolt on, but on 'remaining' it says 'N/A'?

Still going to need a call to CS then @Lemur. Try ringing first thing as I suggested...

You don't need a blackberry bolt on for an iPhone.
You just need to call cs and ask them to put you on idata.
