Hi
I've just been told on the live chat that I can't get 4G when it's released because the iPhone 5 isn't 4g compatible?!? Which was weird as it is. But then they spouted some rubbish about the software not being updated by Apple and that the hardware is 4G compaitable.
Can anyone shed any light on this?? It looks as though O2 are not going to offer 4G to iPhone 5 which is really anoying though!
Cheers
Dan

This has been asked here since before the iphone 5 was shipped.
O2 band 20 800mhz 4g is not hardware compatabile due to apples manufacturing decision.
