Apologies if someone has already asked the same question.
Lost my iPhone 5, bought a new one. Received a new simcard today, 3G works fine, I can see the network but there is no signal.
Network coverage is fine. I tried taking the sim in and out but still nothing.
Do you know how to fix it? What might be the issue? Is it a faulty sim card or phone?

If you had the original phone and sim barred it's possible the bar is still on the simcard. Contact customer service and ask them to check.

Have you tried resetting the Iphone ny holding down the power and home buttons until the apple logo shows
