iPhone 4S 'sim not provisioned'

Hi,
I recently bought my iPhone 4S from an O2 shop, I got a business contract, and the girl in the shop said she had set everything up and it should be working in 2-24 hours. However it still says no service. Also sim not provisioned -
I read up on what that means and the O2 forums I read said that it means they are still waiting on a sim swap.

Thing is, it's a new contract with a new number I'm not changing any numbers over its a completely new contract.

What do I do? Wifi and everything else is working except for I can't call or text anyone
