Solved: iPhone 4 to 5 set up

I had my iPhone4 contract with O2 and have just upgraded to iPhone5. I have followed the set up instructions and wifi etc works but it will not connect to the network?? Help!! My iPhone 4 is still working for messages and calls.

Usual turn around is 24 hours for all the services to reboot but can on occasion take a while longer.

Keep turning it off then on every once in a while.
