I’ve ordered an iPhone 13 pro max 1tb - on the 11/10/2021. Updates from o2 have been terrible. And by terrible I mean I’ve had none. I can understand if there’s a delay in the production line but better comms are needed asap from o2. At least a rough date of delivery would do. Absolutely disappointed and if I knew it would’ve been this terrible I would’ve gone with EE.

You need to call customer service.

Call 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202

If you have no access to a phone then use Skype to call 0800 032 1402

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call

Welcome to the o2 Community forum 

Sorry you haven't had much information about the delivery of your phone. 

There is a general lack of availability due to shortage of sims Brexit and not enough heavy goods vehicle drivers to collect containers.

Hope it won't be too much longer.

PS I went on to Apple yesterday and they were saying November delivery if bought there.
