Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.
Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

Im interested how you got on as I am in a similar position. Ordered mine a couple of weeks ago and was told '1-3 days' delivery. I have contacted them again and its another 4 weeks from now 😞 . It is colour dependent, with gold being favourite (6 weeks) closely followed by pacific blue (4 weeks). Im going to wait as I dont really mind, but I would have prefered to have been told the correct info up front.
