Has anybody else had calls dropping repeatedly after a few seconds on the iPhone 11 Pro Max? It’s happening to me all of the time and it’s really starting to wind me up to the point I’m wondering if I should just return the handset for a full refund and go for something else! Contacted Apple support and they seem to think it’s a network issue, but all of my checking seems to suggest there is no issues with the network. If anyone can shed any light or suggest any fixes, it would be very much appreciated.

@Steve1965

Have you tried a new sim card?

You can get one for free in store or by calling O2.

The best number to get through seems to be
0800 587 4005

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi @Steve1965 , it would be great to hear how you're getting on with your iPhone. Did you try a new SIM card as advised above in case that would help with the issue?
