iPhone 11 not ringing for callers

Bit of a strange one.. that I've had for a few weeks.

Basically when someone rings me I hear it ringing through perfectly.

However from their end callers are telling me that it rings once and then goes silent. So they are tempted to end the call.

I've look at settings on the iphone 11 (do not disturb etc..) but all seems fine.

Is this an Apple thing or an o2 thing?

No idea mate.
It could take months for O2 to sort it out.

Well, I've now changed my tariff.

With this, they sent me a new sim.

However the problem remains... disappointed

As alluded to above ( dont get to say that often ) i also have this issue but have the apple watch, recently swopped to the 11 pro so its def not the phone as my issue was there before swopping. O2 have been looking into this for quite a few months, i was told was to do with the apple watch but then that also has an Esim, so could well be the Esim. Last i heard they had a potentual fix but no update as of yet.
