iPhone 11- Delayed Delivery

Hi, I’ve recently upgraded to an iPhone 11 & it was due to be delivered the next day & it is now Thursday & I have yet to receive any updates or confirmation on when I can expect my delivery from DPD. Any help would be appreciated.

You need to wait now for the dispatch email with tracking details

Unless it has a tracking number that won't be a dispatch email.

I think the problem stems from DPD emailing me to say that there is a delay & when I come into contact they insist I must contact O2 to raise an investigation but I can’t get through to anyone.

It is O2;s responsibility until the phone gets to you so keep trying to get through to them
