Hi, if my iPad is 4 months old and the screen is badly damaged. Does my O2 contract have a 12 months warranty with it that will cover me? Or will it be under warranty with Apple even though I did not buy directly from them?

Warranty doesn't cover damaged screens. Have you got insurance?

How was the screen damaged?

If physical damage, you'll need to pay for it or claim off insurance but if a manufacturing defect it will be covered by warranty.
You'd be best advised to approach Apple directly in this case.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
