Hi I paid for iPad Pro 2020 on contract Thursday during the afternoon and paid £6.99 for Saturday delivery. Yesterday was a bank holiday which is why I selected Saturday and paid more. Not had any tracking info emailed or an email to say it’s been dispatched. Can’t contact anyone as they’re only taking urgent calls. Anyone help

Update - managed to get through to someone on the phone (finally) who told me that when processing the order it got “stuck”??! So they have sent a “nudge” to head office to get it moving, this was this morning and they said I’d have an dispatch email by now. Anyone had the same situation?? So confused, was told no refund can be issued until I have got the iPad. Absolute nightmare!
