iPad pro

Hi I paid for iPad Pro 2020 on contract Thursday during the afternoon and paid £6.99 for Saturday delivery. Yesterday was a bank holiday which is why I selected Saturday and paid more. Not had any tracking info emailed or an email to say it’s been dispatched. Can’t contact anyone as they’re only taking urgent calls. Anyone help

@Serena1 O2's stock reporting on the site isn't live. This is a standard ploy of O2's. Apart from having to wait to get your device, you'll also need to contact customer service to be reimbursed for the money you paid for your 'priority delivery', which never arrived.
