Hi,
Recently purchased a prepaid MBB sim for my iPad mini 5. Inserted the sim, but says I have no data and need to top up? I am also unable to top the sim up and do not have any account options via the iPad? Been told go to mobile data>Manage account but don’t have this option either? Anyone had this issue?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
