iPad Pro 12.9 Delivery Issues

Anybody have any clue why after 7 weeks O2 cannot update me about the delivery of the iPad Pro 12.9 I have ordered?

O2 have no stock but anyone who had an open order should have been contacted last week and refunded.
As I understand it, all orders have been cancelled.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
