Hi.

Are you in a 4g area ?

Is their a 4G toggle in settings ? Is it toggled on.

Their May be carrier settings you need to download via iTunes or through the software update in the iPad 's settings.

Have you checked your service status for your mast status http://status.o2.co.uk

If all is showing fine on your account, you have the correct sim and tariff in your MyO2 then give CS a call to have your account checked.

The numbers are in the Contact Us Tab at the bottom of this page.

I did look at that Adam and the info around the blogs and apple discussion site as very confusing.

I put in my reply to check that the iPad 3 is 4g compatible but edited it out as some lead towards it working on 4G !

Hi Shahin.

If 4G is a deal breaker for you on the O2 network then another avenue is to trade in your current iPad and buy an iPad that is 4G compatible. Or just enjoy 3G.
