Has anyone had any issues with iOS 10? when i upgraded my phone hasn't switched back on all i ge is iTunes logo and a pcture of a charger

You'll need a computer running iTunes and a phone back up from before the crash on iCloud but you should be able to recover it with DFU mode https://www.theiphonewiki.com/wiki/DFU_Mode
