Hi,
recently transferred my number from EE to O2 (esim). Ever since the port completed I have been unable to activate iMessage or Facetime. I have a physical sim in my phone for my work number and this is active on both.
I have contacted Apple who after going through processes have suggested it's an o2 issue. O2 went through the same things as Apple then suggested a new sim card. New esim activated but iMessage and Facetime still won't activate.
Anyone got any other suggestions as I'm starting to lose the plot!

Your international text facility is not set up correctly on your account.
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

I'll drop them a message and see what happens. I did chat with someone on line earlier and asked about international text being set up correctly! Thanks
