The screen on my 2 week old i11 has gone black.  It sometimes makes a sound as if receiving texts so it is working.  I need this for work and keeping in touch with ny family. Help!  Thank you.  Anne

If it was my 2 week old £1000+ device, I'd be exchanging it before I got more problems further on when it couldn't be exchanged......

It may just have been too many apps open. Close them down when you have finished with them. As said,think about exchanging the phone to be on the safe side. Yu should be able to get a doorstep exchange, stock permitting.
