i phone 6 new trouble

everything seemed ok except the volume on the earpiece , you cant hear anyone volume doesnt go up so you cant  hear , have asked o2 for new phone as cant hear anything .

Try a reset.

Hold the sleep/wake button and home button together until the apple logo appears and then let go.

And or : Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset All Settings.

Or take it to your most local Apple Store via a genius appointment. http://www.apple.com/uk/retail/geniusbar/

If it's faulty they'll most likely swap it for you.

If you've had it more than 14 days O2 will only send it off for repair.

Make sure you don't have anything covering the speaker grille - A case or screen protector for example?

Try a phone restore via iTunes, the phone will go back to factory settings
