Your best bet would be to book a genius check at an Apple store to have diagnostic test run on your phone.

Check your service status first.

http://status.o2.co.uk/

Having your sim card swapped out at an o2 store may help.

Have you checked if there is a mast near you?

Can you check the sim in a different phone to see if you still drop calls?

If not, the phone might be faulty and visit to the Apple store might be needed.

What resets have you tried ?

Have you swapped out the sim.

Have you tried your sim in another iphone to rule out your iphone at fault.

Possibly having the iPhone looked at by an Apple Genius Bar may help.
