Recently updated software to ios 6.o, can no longer get the text alert tone to work?? ringtone works and the vibrate... got the text tone on duck!!! help pls

Are you using one of the pre installed text tones ? Have you tried several of them.

Or are you using a tone downloaded or purchased thro iTunes.

Using the pre installed text tones, none are making a sound!!

Try a restore from previous back up or a hard reset by holding the sleep and home buttons pressed until the apple logo appears.
