hi, my little brother is on holidays in spain, he has his 02 uk phone with him, pay as u go, how can i get him something for his fone so he can ring and text us over here in northern ireland? he asked me to do it for him but i dont no how

Deprnding on the phones in use if free wifi there are other apps that could be used skype / whatsapp etc but TUGO will not work on payg

There is nothing you can get for him to make calls or texts cheaper for him now that he is overseas. If he has access to wifi, he could download Whatsapp to send free texts over wifi (you would also need the app). Unfortunately there are no calling/text bolt ons for overseas use.

An option if his iPhone is unlocked is to buy a local SIM card and use that.
