Where is the email or written support from 02?
The people on the phone mean well but don't have the knowledge.
At least if I get an answer to the above I can begin to resolve the issue

@Anonymous this is a customer to customer forum. There is no email address. O2 have abandoned that method of contact. If your query is not account related, please return here and let us know what your problem is. Hopefully someone here will be able to help.
