email or written techical assistance

Where is the email or written support from 02?

The people on the phone mean well but don't have the knowledge.

At least if I get an answer to the above I can begin to resolve the issue

Re: email or written techical assistance

As you have posted in the Apple section I presume it's an iPhone problem. Plenty of people on here to help...?

Re: email or written techical assistance

@Anonymous this is a customer to customer forum. There is no email address. O2 have abandoned that method of contact. If your query is not account related, please return here and let us know what your problem is. Hopefully someone here will be able to help.

If customer service (or the community) can't resolve your issue, there is an email contact in the complaints link.
